The Action Alliance has convened public and private sector partners to join together during National Suicide Prevention Month in September to collectively help spread the word that everyone can take steps to prevent suicide and save lives. 

It is on this backdrop HIRED Project supports the #BeThere Campaign. Community-based efforts to implement effective suicide prevention strategies are key to the Action Alliance’s goal of reducing the rate of suicide nationwide and the need to get everyone on board is crucial to realizing a community of full mental and health wellbeing.
